Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase(s) from Zingster Creations, but due to our unique custom designs and products, we only offer returns or exchanges to damaged product(s) or manufacturing error(s). You have 30 days from the date of delivery to replace or return your item for a refund. To initiate a return, simply contact us with your order number, photo of damaged product, and reason for return. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
